Favorite Scribes and Pages to stay on top of important process changes

What’s new?

We know learning never stops, and processes always change. So we’ve reimagined our existing ‘favorite’ functionality to include notifications when the creator has made a change to the Scribe. This helps creators alert teammates to a changed process and ensure their teammates are always up-to-date on the latest and greatest ways of working. Favoriting a Scribe or Page also ensures quick access to your most-used Scribes/Pages through our Favorites folder.

How does it work?

There are multiple places to favorite a Scribe/Page — a button at the top of the Scribe or Page and another in a banner that appears when the Scribe is finished. Once you’ve favorited a Scribe or Page you’ll receive an in-app notification any time a change is made to that document.
