Gain a deeper understanding of who has been viewing your Scribes and Pages

What’s new?

We wanted to give creators more insight into how their Scribes are being viewed by their teammates. Creators can now see what team members have viewed their Scribe or Page and how recently. This helps anyone who needs to ensure someone has viewed their Scribe and learned a new process, and the date tracking helps creators ensure their team is up to date on any recent changes to the process.

How does it work?

At the top of a Scribe or Page you’ll now see colored dots with initials. If you hover over those, a dropdown will appear with a list of everyone on your Scribe team who has viewed that Scribe or Page. You can see their name and how recently they viewed the Scribe or Page. If your Scribe or Page has been viewed by people not on your Scribe team, those views will be counted at the bottom of the dropdown.
