Get real-time help with Recommended Scribes

Imagine you’re in Workday trying to figure out how to update your benefits. You’ve been poking around the app for 15 minutes, and you still can’t find the button you’re looking for. You would ask a coworker for help, but you already did, and still can’t remember, so that’s just embarrassing.

What if we could proactively surface the right Scribe, with the exact answers you need, right within your flow of work? Drum roll please... introducing Recommended Scribes!

What’s new?

Recommended Scribes automatically surfaces relevant Scribes for a given app any time your navigate to that app. Recommended Scribes are meant to give you the answers you need, in an easy-to-follow format, within your flow of work.

The search functionality allows you to quickly find something specific from your Workspace - all without navigating away from your current app.

How does it work?

Hover over the Scribe extension in the top righthand of your browser, and we’ll automatically surface Scribes related to the website you’re on. You’ll see a number in the purple badge notification on the Scribe extension - this is the number of Recommended Scribes for that page.

Just click ‘Recommended Scribes’ to view Scribes from your Workspace (sorted by view count) as well as our public gallery. If you’re looking for a specific Scribe, simply type it into the search bar to view results from across your Workspace. If you want to share a Scribe, hover over any Scribe to copy a link to that Scribe directly.
