See who views and completes your Scribes with document insights

What’s new?

Our new document insights give you visibility into who views and completes your Scribes. 

These insights are designed to answer questions like:

• Did so-and-so view the Scribe I sent?

• Are people getting stuck on a certain step?

• Is this Scribe still relevant and used across my company?

How does it work?

All users will see a total view count and completion rate for all Scribes, as well as daily counts over the last month. Pro and Enterprise users can see detailed insights on exactly who viewed the Scribe, whether they completed it and when they last viewed it.

Completions and completion rate are tracked for views starting September 19, 2023.
