Share and collaborate on Pages with individuals through email sharing

What’s new?

You can now add email addresses to share and collaborate on a Page with individuals. You can decide whether you want that person to edit or view the Page, which is helpful if you work with a specific colleague, client or contractor. Sharing by email address joins the other two ways of sharing Pages: sharing via URL or embedding in another tool.

How does it work?

Click "Share" and enter the email address of the person you want to share the Page with. You can select whether you want this person to view or edit the Page. The recipient will receive an email with a link to this Page, which adds an extra layer of security as it requires the person to have a Scribe account.
