View insights on who views and completes your Pages

What’s new?

You love viewing insights on Scribes, so we knew we had to bring those same great insights to Pages! You can now see how many views and completions your Page received, and Pro and Enterprise users can see viewer-specific insights.

In case you're new here, we have two document types in Scribe: Scribes and Pages. Pages are custom process documents you can organize numerous Scribe guides into with additional context, videos, links and more. You can create one here.

How does it work?

All users will see a total view count and completion rate for all Pages, as well as daily counts over the last month. Pro and Enterprise users can see detailed insights on exactly who viewed the Page, whether they completed it and when they last viewed it.

Completions and completion rates are tracked for views starting October 17, 2023.
